Dilettante. What is the meaning of the word? In Italian it means to delight, but in the 21st century it is used for describing a person who loves the arts.
I think that I could easily fit into both meanings. I delight in many things, such as beading, reading, writing and pretty much anything that has to do with arts and creativity. Projects and activities are what I thrive on. Anything that takes detailed thinking or high concentration, I usually embrace eagerly. Definitely, the word dilettante fits me like a glove.
